Some of the queries we have had which may help you :

Q. Do I need a password to make a purchase?

A. No, a password is sent to you automatically with your order confirmation, this is so you can log in later to see whether your order has been despatched (if you phone us we can tell you as well!) If you want to change your password let us know and we can change it for you.

Q.Can I pay by credit card?

 A. Yes we accept payment with all major credit cards (except Solo and American Express). Just select the 'pay on secure server' button and enter your details. These will come direct to us via an encrypted message which no one else can see, we deal with the transaction ourselves, so if there is any problem with your card or details we can contact you direct rather than through a third party.

Q. I can't get the 'pay on secure server' button to work

A. As this connects to a secure server your browser security settings may need adjustment. As you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.

Q. Can I order without using a credit card

A. Yes, you have the option of printing out your order and sending this with a cheque.

Q. I am having trouble getting products into my shopping basket - help!

A. You probably have 'cookies disabled'. The website makes a temporary cookie which holds the contents of your shopping basket. To change this setting (internet explorer) go to Tools menu, select Internet Options then Privacy and adjust the slider to 'medium'. This will solve the problem (you can always adjust it again afterwards).
