- Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the White Rose Collection website and are set out below.
- Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.
- We will however keep the website as updated as possible as a medium to keep you informed.
- We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Any changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
- Standard Delivery charges only apply toorders sent to the UK. For deliveries outside the UK there will be an additional charge which you need to select at the time of ordering. (if you forget we can amend this for you before we despatch).
- Once you have recieved your order if there are any defects or damages arising from shipping you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt if a replacement is required.
- Delivery charges and estimated timescales are as indicated in the buy pages of this website. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable.
- Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We only take your money when the goods are in stock and are available for despatch.
- While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you after 7 days, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
- Payment can be made by any method specified in the order section. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
- The property in the goods will not pass to the buyer until payment has been made in full.
- Sometimes the product specifications change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible.
- We do not guarantee that this web site will be compatible with your PC, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting from the use of this website.
- The manufacturer or distributor will not be held liable for any injury or damages which may occur when operating this product.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If anything that we send you is unsuitable, does not fit or you do not like it we are happy to exchange it for you for another size or colour. All we ask is that you return it to us in the same condition that you recieved it within 14 days of invoice date. Please also contact us before, so we can advise you of the stock situation of any other items you may require.
If we are unable to get it right for you we are happy to refund the cost of the goods when we receive them back here. When posting its best to get a proof of posting from the post office in case anything goes astray (best not to send recorded in case we are away at a show as it will be sent back to you by the post office!) We will do this as quickly as we can, either by a credit card refund or a cheque (depending on how you paid, in either case we will send a credit/returns note to you in the post).
If you have had something for a while and wish to return it we would consider it but would like you to contact us first in case the item is no longer a stock item.
