Returns

Its no problem to return an item (that hasn't been worn) for refund or exchange for a different size.

When trying on please have something underneath! We can't really offer an exchange/refund on items that have been worn.

We can exchange for a different size or offer a refund whichever is best for you. Please make sure you measure yourself and the item so we can be sure what the best size would be for an exchange. (also check the sizing guides to make sure that the right size is selected initially - this is particulalry important with trousers as the fit is different due to the higher waist) If you have any doubts give us a ring and we can advise.

Please return items within 14 days for exchange/refund.

Refunds

We are happy to offer a refund if there is something you are not happy with. Usually its size/fit and that can usually be sorted quite easily.

We can't refund the cost of postage just the cost of the goods.

We can exchange any item for a different size/colour (as long as we have the size you need)

We won't be able to refund postage on exchanges either way, but neither do we charge you additional postage to send another size.

Sizing and Fit

Please check your sizing on our sizing guides initially to help decide the size you need, if you are unsure please give us a ring and we can advise.

Our designs have been successful since 2001 so we know they work. Our underwear and swimwear had been designed with additional features to help having a stoma more comfortable but obviously everyone is a different shape and has different requirements, so we can't guarantee that every item will suit every customer.
