Ileostomy Association
The Ileostomy and Internal Pouch Support Group is a UK registered charity whose primary aim is to help people who have to undergo surgery which involves the removal of their colon (colectomy) and the creation of either an ileostomy or an ileo-anal pouch. On our information pages, we tell you about our association and how we can help you. Also there is the Young ia who's aim is to support ia's younger members (under 40)

Urostomy Association
The Urostomy Association of Great Britain and Ireland was formed in 1971 as the Urinary Conduit Association to help people who are about to undergo or have undergone surgery resulting in diversion of the urinary stream.

The Colostomy Association was set up in November 2005 to provide support, reassurance and practical information to anyone who may be about to have, or already has a colostomy. Appropriate support and advice is also provided to families and carers both before and after surgery.
